Boxers has two locations: one in Hell's Kitchen, the other in Chelsea. Known as New York City's gay sports bar, Boxers is the place to be this June. The bar happens to be where the official after-party of the Front Runners race during Pride Week will take place. Take part in the 5-mile run then treat yourself to a night full of good drinks and even better company. The bar regularly features karaoke nights, DJ parties, boozy brunch, late night music videos and more.

Hudson Terrace is a Midtown bar that has a rooftop overlooking the water and the city's West Side. A great place to hang out with both straight and gay friends, the bar is half uptown lounge and half nightclub. Drink specials are offered almost every night and DJs take over most nights. Hudson Terrace is the site of the VIP Rooftop Party -- one of the official festivities during Pride Week.
Prefer to party in Brooklyn? Check out Ginger's Bar, located in Park Slope -- a popular hangout frequented by lesbians, but all are welcome. Just about every night of the week features special happy hours. Games and special events are also a big part of the bar culture, including bingo, karaoke, mixers, and dance parties. So grab the girls and head out to Brooklyn's local gay bar to celebrate Pride Month this June.
For those Upper East Siders who prefer the small neighborhood bar to the Midtown party lounge, head to the Toolbox, where the bartenders are great and the drinks are two-for-one every night. This bar gets great reviews from locals. Games like bingo, karaoke, comedy nights, and DJ parties are all offered here. The bar even connects with charities, and will donate proceeds from certain game nights.
It's said that gay pride began with the Stonewall riots in 1969, at the very site of the Stonewall Inn. The bar here links its history to today's celebrations during Pride Month and every month. Drag bingo, karaoke and singing competitions, happy hours, and DJ parties are popular events that take place here one a regular basis. Located in Greenwich Village, this is the perfect place to celebrate Pride Month.
