You’ve never quite seen a Negroni like the one served at Ristorante Morini. The Golden Negroni ($15) is a bright yellow hue thanks to its enticing ingredients: Tanqueray Gin, Cocchi Americano Aromatized Wine, and Suze Gentian Liqueur. Pair this delicious cocktail with something cool and creamy like their Burrata – creamy mozzarella, zucchini salad, basil pesto and crostino. Taste this fun drink during Negroni Week to help raise money for Wheeling Forward, a non-profit that is dedicated to improving the lives of those living with disabilities.

Those looking for something a little tangy can enjoy the Negroni over at the iconic Scarpetta NYC. They’re serving up their version with Plymouth Gin, tangerine-infused Campari, and Carpano Antica (barrel-aged for 30 days). And, of course, you can always do as the Italians do and sip on a classic Aperol Spritz (Aperol, Prosecco, orange twist). Stick around for dinner and nosh on decadent dishes like short rib and bone marrow Agnolotti, duck and foie gras ravioli, and tagliatelle with braised oxtail. Proceeds from their Negroni will go towards the Global Poverty Project during Negroni Week.

Things are getting smokey over at Campagna at Bedford Post Inn. Try the “Smoking Gun,” their version of a Negroni, and you won’t be disappointed. It’s made with Cryente Mezcal Joven, Chamomile-infused Dolin Blanc, Aperol and woodfired smoked grapefruit peel. Enjoy the lush hills of Westchester County and an evening away from the city with this distinctive cocktail. You might just have to pair it with their White Label Burger (dry aged beef, tomato jam, cheddar cheese, served with rosemary fries). Proceeds from your cocktail order will also benefit Wheeling Forward during Negroni Week.
