The Queens County Farm Museum, known as the oldest continuously farmed land in New York since 1697, is now expanding. In a new partnership with Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, the farm is branching out to bring its produce to a farm stand right outside the hospital. This comes as health officials declare Jamaica a “food swamp.” Jennifer Walden, executive director of the farm, explains.
