Jerry Recco got right into some serious breaking news on Wednesday morning after it was learned that former NFL star Aaron Hernandez was found dead in his jail cell in Massachusetts after hanging himself with a bed sheet.

The "update maven" also talked about the Rangers' rousing win over the Canadiens in Game 4 of their first-round playoff series, and losses by the Mets and Yankees.
