Four Loko Still Wreaking Havoc For Lawmakers

NEW YORK (CBS 2) – Distributors stopped selling the controversial alcoholic energy drink Four Loko, but the drink is still driving New York lawmakers nuts.

Bronx state Sen. Jeffery Klein said an undercover sting revealed minors are buying a new decaffeinated version in bodegas.

Klain will hold a news conference on Sunday to renew his call for Four Loko to only be sold in liquor stores.

Lawmakers voted last fall to ban the drink in New York.
