EAST MEADOW, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) — Nassau County police are asking for the public’s help in finding four to six men wanted in a home invasion in East Meadow.

The suspects walked through an unlocked door of a home on Woods Avenue and demanded money from six men and women, ages 18 to 65, inside the residence around 2 a.m. Tuesday, police said.

Two men suffered head and facial fractures after being pistol-whipped by the suspects, police said.

The suspects made off with cash and a laptop computer. They fled the scene in a dark colored car and were last seen heading eastbound on Woods Avenue.

Police said the suspects were all wearing masks or covered their faces with shirts.
