BELLMORE, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) – A man has been arrested and charged with murder for his role in the death of a man at a Long Island Rail Road station, police announced.
Following a joint investigation between the MTA Police and the Nassau County Police Department, Niheim Levy, 34, of Roosevelt was arrested.READ MORE: New York City Public Schools To Increase COVID Testing, Relax Quarantine Rules
According to police, Levy got into an argument with a 49-year-old Freeport man around 4:50 a.m. on Saturday at the Bellmore station. The victim wound up on the tracks and came in contact with the third rail.

Levy has also been charged with robbery in connection with the incident.
The identity of the victim was being withheld pending family notification.
