Knicks' Joakim Noah Disses Cleveland Before Season Opener
CLEVELAND (CBSNewYork) -- Joakim Noah's low opinion of Cleveland has not changed.
The Knicks will open their season Tuesday night at the Cleveland Cavaliers, where the defending world champs will receive their rings.
"Congratulations to Cleveland," Noah said at the Knicks' shootaround Tuesday morning, according to the New York Daily News. "Even though it's not a vacation spot, you guys got your championship."
Noah, the former Bulls center who signed with the Knicks this offseason, has been taking shots at Cleveland for years.
During the 2010 playoffs, he said, "Every time I look out my window, it's pretty depressing out here."

He also said in a news conference: "You like it? You think Cleveland's cool? I mean, I never heard anybody say, 'I'm going to Cleveland on vacation.' What's so good about Cleveland?"
Naturally, those comments have made Noah Public Enemy No. 1 whenever his team plays in the Rock 'n' Roll Capital.
Tuesday's remarks will ensure that tradition lives on.
