Woman Reunites With 'Stolen' Scooter
NEW YORK (CBS 2) – An elderly Manhattan woman who had thought her motorized wheelchair was stolen reunited with her scooter.
After 86-year-old Ellie Krach's parked her scooter outside a church on East 74th Street on Thursday, two cleaning ladies removed it, thinking it had been left as junk on the sidewalk.
Detectives tracked down the missing scooter in the Bronx.
Police are not charging the two women.
